Roadmap

The ledger is the roadmap: a capability moves to “shipped” only when it has code, tests and release evidence.

Shipped and tested

Each item has automated tests and appears in the release report.

  • Contracts, 48 components, renderer and adapters
  • Core engine with PostgreSQL tenant isolation, durable queue, BYOK gateway and budget ledger
  • Document program compilation with atomic releases, rollback and protected-path approvals
  • Cloud control plane: BFF sessions, SCIM, fleet, Stripe webhook verification and the free component marketplace
  • Container images for four services, SBOM, digest manifests and Ed25519 signing

In progress

Engineering exists and is tested against fixtures; the remaining step is named.

  • Live Stripe test-mode reconciliation and dunning (needs owner test keys)
  • Live multi-seed benchmark of the managed strategy (needs model credentials)
  • Live Search Console and PostHog connector syncs (needs OAuth accounts)
  • Hand-building the remaining route briefs into full pages
  • Applying AWS/Cloudflare infrastructure (needs owner credentials)

Not started

No code and no claims.

  • Additional language grammars beyond the twelve shipped
  • Third-party registry federation beyond the open client

Actions

Actions

  • View release ledger

Opens the changelog with the manifest digest statement per release; the signed artifact ledger lives in the release evidence bundle, not on this page.

  • Suggest requirement

Routes to support. Include the problem and the smallest useful version; a requirement moves only when code, tests and release evidence exist.
