Terms

Terms version and effective date come from the approved legal document.

Approval status

The operator has not supplied counsel-approved final terms. This page publishes the drafting decisions the final text must implement; the version and effective date are unassigned, and no acceptance UI is enabled in this build.

Drafting decisions fixed for implementation

  • The service operates only on user-authorized source and content; the customer retains its content.
  • Docsloth receives limited processing rights needed to provide the configured services.
  • Private code and data are not used for global training by default.
  • No guarantee is made that generated documentation is error-free or that growth targets are achieved.
  • Users review public publication and consequential actions before they happen.
  • Price, usage and budget terms are disclosed; cancellation, export and deletion lifecycles are explicit.
  • Managed third-party services and subprocessors, and their limitations, are identified.
  • AI-initiated purchases require explicit authority; unauthorized abuse is prohibited.

What is not yet published

  • Applicable entity, jurisdiction, liability, tax and dispute text requires counsel approval before production signup.
  • No final document is downloadable, because none exists; the drafting record below is not a substitute for terms.
  • Self-hosting the AGPL engine does not require accepting these terms; they govern the managed service only.
