Data processing
A processing agreement must match the service actually deployed.
Approval status
The operator has not supplied a counsel-approved DPA. This page publishes what the agreement must cover; a self-hosted install runs on your own infrastructure and needs no Docsloth DPA.
What the agreement must cover
- Processing roles and the limited authorization Docsloth receives to provide the configured services.
- The enabled subprocessors, their roles, and the regions actually used for the deployed service.
- Retention: source checkouts 24 hours by default, operational logs 14 days, replay 30 days, cloud backups 35 days.
- Deletion and export: scoped erasure jobs, export before downgrade or deletion, and backup expiry on the retention schedule.
- Security controls actually implemented in the deployed build, as described on the security page.
- Cross-border transfer terms for the jurisdictions the operator actually serves.
Actions
Actions
- Request DPA
Routes to support. The operator supplies the reviewed form after the deployment scope is known and an authorized signatory requests it; no public document exists yet.
- Read subprocessors
Lists provider categories and the conditions under which each is enabled for a deployment.
- Read the privacy notice
Shows retention, rights and consent rules that the DPA must match.
